  • The concert has a run time of about an hour and a half with a twenty minute intermission. 
  • There will be no piano used for this concert. 
  • We will need two microphones for the pre-concert lecture and will have the pre-concert speech spoken live. Martin may also want to give a short speech after intermission but as of now that is TBD. 
  • If possible we would like to borrow 25 music stands for this concert.

  • 1:30p- House Open for Pre-Concert Lecture
  • 2:00p- Pre-Concert Lecture
  • 2:30p- House Opens for Concert
  • 3:00p-3:30p- Concert Starts
  • 3:30p-3:50p- 20 Min Intermission
  • 3:50p-4:30p- Concert Resumes
  • 4:30p-5:30p- Load Out
